As a Mother and Doula, I understand the importance of postpartum nutrition and the role it plays in healing both mind and body during postpartum and beyond. Growing up in a very health conscious, food forward home, nutrition plays an extremely important role in my life. Cooking for my son, myself and others is something that brings me great joy. I offer personalized, nutrient dense meals for new mothers/birthing people.
